Rolf Bates Associates is an executive search firm specializing in career consulting and professional placement in Engineering, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Biotech. RBA Healthcare and Biotech was created in 2006 to meet the increasing need for recruiting of healthcare talent in Michigan

Rolf Bates
Rolf Bates has over 30 years experience in management, marketing and recruiting. With an MBA in Marketing and owning a small business for over 15 years, he is well qualified to understand the needs of his clients and candidates.
Married with three grown daughters, he volunteers his spare time to Habitat for Humanity, MSU Master Gardeners, Loaves and Fishes and Kalamazoo Community Healing Centers.

Our Philosophy
In today’s electronic world, we still maintain the key ingredient to solving staffing problems is personal contact.
